What are your crochet products made from?
All our products are handcrafted with love using high-quality, soft wool yarn for a beautiful and lasting finish
How should I care for my crochet items to keep them looking beautiful?
The scarfs are machine washable. The flowers are also washable but you need to ensure care with the stems. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Can I request a flower or scarf in a color that isn't listed on the website?
Sorry, but I have only limited colors now and plan to add more in the future. For any requests, feel free to reach out directly over WhatsApp.
What are the approximate sizes of your flowers and scarfs?
Our flower stems are approximately 30 cm long, and our scarfs are approximately 150 cm x 20 cm
Placing An Order
How do I order a custom bouquet with the flowers I want?
Simply add your favorite flower stems to your cart, then add 'The Sanctuary' or 'The Keepsake' from our bouquet collection to have them arranged.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders for events?
Absolutely! Please get in touch with us directly to discuss your requirements for bulk or corporate gifting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and major digital wallets through our secure payment gateway.

Where do you currently ship your products?
We are based in Bangalore and currently ship to all locations across India.
How long will it take to create and ship my order?
As each item is handmade, please allow 3-5 business days for creation, plus standard shipping time to your location.
How are shipping costs calculated?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and major digital wallets through our secure payment gateway.
Do you offer local pickup for customers in Bangalore?
We don't currently offer local pickup, but we use quick courier services to deliver the orders as soon as possible.
